Translating Vision into Performance
Course Aims:
Leaders within organisations that are translating their vision to strategy through to performance face challenges that are unique to the specific environment that they are working within. The Leader in this environment needs to be able to consciously drive specific behaviours to enable success. This course will provide the key foundations to equip the leader to grow their competence in an uncertain climate to deliver high performing teams and unique value to the organisation.
Course Objectives:
At the end of this workshop delegates will be able to:
- Manage the team’s output to deliver the performance required to achieve the organisation’s vision.
- Have an understanding of the critical few fundamentals needed to implement an organisation’s vision within an uncertain environment.
- Have the tools to recognise challenges and address them before they derail the needed outcome.
- Have the knowledge to keep themselves and their team engaged and motivated.
- Have the foresight to deploy sustaining techniques to maintain their performance.
- Have the foundation for establishing a continuously improving culture.
- Increase both the leader’s and thus the organisation’s likelihood to deliver the desired results whilst enhancing their own coaching and mentoring competencies.
