Our belief is that training has more impact when it is delivered in your organisation’s context and we specialise in delivering in house training, but also offer virtual/online training, that is integrated and engaging with the greatest possible business relevance for groups of managers and staff and do not run open courses. Training preparation – We provide pre-course reading materials and self reflection questionnaires to ensure your managers are fully prepared and arrive at the programme in the right mind set.
Training delivery – Our training can be delivered face to face or online but is always highly engaging and interactive. We believe that learning and development should begin with an immersion in ‘real world’ business problems. What this means is that nearly every concept, tool, and framework is backed up by a series of living case studies and practical examples that we have developed. We use a blend of highly interactive training, discussion, case studies and group work to stimulate thinking and develop the participants’ capability. We use accelerated learning techniques, integrated with other aids such as posters, video, skills exercises and discussion work to make the learning interesting and memorable.
Online Training – These high impact sessions make use of breakout rooms for small group work, whiteboards to capture and share outputs and facilitated plenary activities. We often include videos and use polls and quizzes to engage the group and include regular breaks to keep energy high.
Training review – We use a robust evaluation system to measure the impact the course has had on the performance of your managers to ensure your organisation has gained the necessary value from the investment made with us.
