Once again we have used Developing People to deliver training to colleagues.

Nationally abuse to staff in a customer service setting is on the increase.  We wanted to equip our teams with the skills to be able to deal with verbally abusive customers. Working with Sandra and Stuart they listened to our needs and tailored a course to suit us. They delivered 4 ‘Responding to Verbally Aggressive Customers’ sessions in person at our head office.
