Inspiring Leadership
Course Aims:
This course is designed to give a clear overview of what inspirational leadership really is, to give participants a thorough understanding of inspirational leadership styles, tools for inspiring others and the means of creating a positive, inspirational culture.
Course Objectives:
At the end of this course delegates will be able to:
- Apply an inspirational style of leadership to different situations
- Create a vision with a team, unit or division and build a team to deliver it
- Create and deliver inspiring messages that promote ‘followership’
- Draw on their knowledge to foster a motivational culture at work
- Be adept at building confidence and leadership behaviours in others

- 2 days/In house training or online training course / 4 x 3 hour consultant facilitated virtual training sessions
