Developing Mental Toughness

Course Aims:

The overall purpose of the course is to ensure that those taking part are able to stay resilient in difficult times, maintain their own composure and remain positive and productive even when circumstances do not seem favourable.

Course Objectives:

At the end of this course delegates will be able to:

  • Utilise a series of techniques to promote resilience and develop mental toughness
  • Harness inner strengths to rebound from challenge or difficulty
  • Reduce the likelihood of suffering stress-related ailments
  • Use their mental, emotional, and behavioural flexibility to adjust appropriately to internal and external demands

Duration/Location:

  • 1 day/In house training or online training course / 2 x 3 hour consultant facilitated virtual training session
